Foundation Coating

Fibered foundation coating is a premium rubberized coating for waterproofing foundations. This liquid applied asphalt coating has a blend of rubber and reinforcing fibers to provide a strong, flexible, waterproof seal to below grade surfaces such as masonry, foam board insulation, wood and metal. The addition of rubber enhances performance by improving crack resistance, life expectancy and adds increased waterproofing protection.

Plastic Sheeting

A plastic sheeting moisture barrier, also known as a vapor barrier, is a thick, polyethylene clear plastic that prevents moisture from entering a building. Installing a vapor barrier can help prevent mold and moisture issues, structural damage, poor air quality, and can also help save on heating and cooling costs. Additionally, vapor barriers can be used under concrete slabs, under laminate flooring, and as underlayment.

J-Drain

The predominant cause of retaining wall failure is water. Whether a poured concrete retaining wall or MSE retaining wall, provisions must be made to control subsurface water accumulation to minimize hydrostatic water pressure and efficiently drain the reinforced soil. Hydrostatic water pressure exerts additional load on the retaining wall and can be hazardous and damaging. Inefficient drainage of the backfill may result in premature failure. J•Drain 400 is engineered to eliminate and control hydrostatic water pressure and efficiently channel water away. The three dimensional core creates a high compressive strength and high flow capacity drainage channel and the fused filter fabric prevents soil intrusion into the flow channel. They are a lower cost alternative to traditional drainage aggregate, filter fabric and perforated pipe.
